Service providers and subprocessors
Principal providers used by the Secure Git Bridge commercial website and support operations.
Current providers
- DigitalOcean, LLC — production website/application hosting and infrastructure; commercial service data and operational logs.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing portal; billing identity and transaction metadata. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe.
- Zoho — transactional email; recipient email address and transactional message content.
- OpenAI — public Website Sales responses; internal Secure Git Bridge digital-employee analysis for requested sales/support operations and business planning; and, separately, customer-authorized desktop AI connections. Internal specialist context is minimized before transmission (for example, direct lead/support email addresses and account IDs are excluded when not needed). Customer desktop AI use is separately chosen and authorized by the customer.
Customer-selected AI providers
Current customer-selected desktop integrations include ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude Desktop (Anthropic), and GitHub Copilot (GitHub). When a customer connects Secure Git Bridge to an AI provider using the customer's own account, repository content is not routed through Secure Git Bridge's licensing or billing database. Customers should configure provider retention, training, residency, and enterprise privacy settings appropriate to their obligations.
International transfers
Where a restricted international transfer requires additional safeguards, Secure Git Bridge uses the applicable provider contractual mechanism and, for Enterprise processor arrangements, supports the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the applicable UK transfer mechanism.
