Organization-managed membership
Team administrators invite members and manage seats through the Team portal. Assigned member access is separate from the organization master record.
Shared security baselines
Team plans can distribute organization-managed repository security policy while keeping repository authority scoped to the developer's approved local project.
Individual activation
Members activate their own assigned access. Device allowances are for the licensed member's devices, not for sharing one identity across unrelated people.
Administrative controls and visibility
Team includes administrative controls, team audit visibility, seat management, and priority support. Billing and membership administration remain separate from repository content.

Organizations with procurement, deployment, security-review, or custom commercial requirements can use the Enterprise evaluation path. Future capabilities are not represented as available until they are implemented and release-validated.
